With a background in landscape design and true vision for how the house should cohere with the site, the owners contacted cJem Designs, PLLC to collaborate on this project and to help create their dream into a reality. The overall design approach was clean, simple and functional with the goal of minimizing the impact on the site and creating an overall Healthy Built home to enjoy for years to come.
